As you enter the musty smelling chamber, you see little. The light from the flickering candles is poor, and the air reeks of odors better left undescribed. Seated at a desk against the far wall is a huddled figure...an ancient little man wrapped in several layers of clothing, his fingers tracing unknown words along crackling parchment.   "Ah, another treasure seeker I dare say! All eager and anxious! Many look, my young friend, but few find! Well, there's little left here worth the taking. The King's constant wars against his two great enemies, Ignorance and Apathy, have used up most of our resources.   H-m-m-m-m-m-m......Still, there may be something.....Here in this chest are dozens of riddles to as yet undiscovered, and thus, unknown, treasures. Who knows what they lead to? No one has been able to make heads or tales of the directions thus far.   Here, take this one. Perhaps you can unravel the mystery where all others have failed."   The gnome-like being hands you a rolled scroll. As you carefully unfurl the stiff parchment, your eyes widen in disbelief as the words take shape before you.
